Asma Bashir, Director of Migrato Immigration Consultancy Inc. is a member of good standing with The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). She is a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), licensed by CICC to operate a Canadian Immigration Consultancy. She is qualified and very knowledgeable about various types of immigration services for clients.
Asma is an immigrant herself, who came to Canada as an immigrant with her family in 2001. She has successfully made her way to citizenship through the Canadian immigration system. She and her team have seen all immigration issues. She is willing and able to help as much as she can with her best guidance.

Bilal Bashir is enrolled as an Attorney with the Law Society of Ontario and have successfully fulfilled the requirements of the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) equivalency.
By way of background, he has studied or practiced law relating to three common law jurisdictions: having done his undergraduate degree in law from the University of London studying the laws of England and Wales, a master’s in law from University of California, Berkeley and practiced as an advocate of the Higher Courts of Pakistan handling constitutional and judicial review matters, banking and finance and corporate/commercial issues representing multi-national companies like Coca-cola, Pepsi Co International and Citi Bank e.t.c. His law practice, thus far in Pakistan, has been in litigation (representing clients in Civil Courts in Pakistan) and advising and drafting documentation for clients relating to property, insurance and corporate/commercial transactions. In Canada he has been handling immigration cases and related migration, citizenship and immigration matters. His law practice in Canada pertains to advising on all legal aspects of immigration applications and representation before various Canadian Immigration Tribunals and Federal Courts of Canada in judicial review proceedings. He has also successfully represented clients before Canadian Immigration Tribunals in varying matters such as spousal sponsorship appeals, vacation of refugee status and permanent resident travel document (PRTD) appeals. Furthermore, challenged decisions of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) before the Federal Courts of Canada in judicial review proceedings including preparation and filing of factums, memorandum of arguments and preparation of application records. He has also dealt with matters relating to permanent residency applications, temporary resident applications, temporary resident permits, criminal rehabilitation and others.
